1. Service Description
Welcome to combbrushing.info, a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform provided by Combbrushing. Our services include a range of tools and functionalities designed to enhance user productivity and streamline business operations. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our services.
Combbrushing reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the services at any time without prior notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes, but it is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates. Your continued use of the services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Our services are intended for users located in the United States. If you access our services from outside the United States, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
2. User Accounts

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

You agree to notify Combbrushing immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. Combbrushing will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if we suspect any violation of these Terms or any applicable laws.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
By using our services, you agree to use them only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the services:

Any unauthorized use of the services may result in termination of your access to the services and may also expose you to civil liability and/or criminal prosecution.
4. Prohibited Activities
You are prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities while using our services:
- Using the services in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the site or interfere with any other party's use of the services.
- Using any robot, spider, or other automatic devices, process, or means to access the services for any purpose, including monitoring or copying any of the material on the services.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of the services, the server on which the services are stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to the services.
Any violation of this section may result in immediate termination of your access to the services without notice.
5. Content Ownership
All content, features, and functionality on the services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, and software, are the exclusive property of Combbrushing or its licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the services for your personal or internal business use only. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of the services or its contents; any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices; any derivative use of the services or its contents; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.
All rights not expressly granted to you in these Terms are reserved by Combbrushing.
6. User-Generated Content
Users may have the opportunity to submit, post, or otherwise transmit content through the services ("User-Generated Content"). You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in your User-Generated Content. However, by submitting User-Generated Content, you grant Combbrushing a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute such content in any media.
You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to use and authorize Combbrushing to use your User-Generated Content as described in these Terms. You agree that your User-Generated Content will not violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or publicity rights.
Combbrushing reserves the right to remove or edit any User-Generated Content at its sole discretion, without notice, for any reason, including if it violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.
7. Payment Terms
Access to certain features of the services may require payment of fees. You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of the services in accordance with the pricing plan you select. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in these Terms or required by law.
Combbrushing reserves the right to change its pricing at any time. Any changes to pricing will be communicated to you in advance, and your continued use of the services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing.
In the event of a payment dispute, you must contact Combbrushing within thirty (30) days of the charge in question. Failure to do so will result in your waiver of any claims related to the disputed charge.
8. Service Modifications
Combbrushing reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the services (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that Combbrushing will not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the services.
In the event of a material change to the services, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you. However, it is your responsibility to review these Terms and any updates to the services regularly.
Your continued use of the services after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the modified services and these Terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Combbrushing, its affiliates, or their licensors, service providers, employees, agents, officers, or directors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the services.
In no event shall Combbrushing’s total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
The limitations set forth in this section shall apply regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise, even if Combbrushing has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10. Termination
These Terms are effective until terminated by either you or Combbrushing. You may terminate these Terms at any time by discontinuing your use of the services and deleting your account. Combbrushing may terminate these Terms and your access to the services at any time, without notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease, and you must cease all use of the services. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
Termination of these Terms does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to the termination date.
